In August of 1962 an atrocity in a small village south of Yingde, China began a sequence of events that produced the world's first supervillain.   It would be more than a year before that massacre began to bear the fruit of the seeds that had been sown.  In the first year, the People's Republic of China lost over forty tanks, and two dozen warplanes.  The final straw was the lost of a freshly overhauled former Soviet destroyer that had been scheduled to join the People's Liberation Army Navy within the month.  With a lose of life in the hundreds, the Chinese government set about locating other Chinese metahuman nationals.  Their seach was ultimately successful, however, the first was not found for more than a decade and that first died in the worlds first comfrontation between metahumans.
