Description:
BACKGROUND
The Chinese government conducted an extensive search through the population in an effort to locate a metahuman that could stand up to Shennong in a fight. They did find quite a number, as could be expected in the world's most populous nation, but those they found where generally in the Gen 1 or Gen 2 of the Metahuman Classification Table of 2020. They meant that while exceptional when compared to a normal human, they were severly over-matched by the 'world's first supervillain'.
In the young man that came to be known as the Harvester, they placed a great deal of hope and training. They kept him secret for nearly a decade during which time Shennong continued his activities targeting the PLA. The losses in equipment bothered the high command far more than the minor losses in life. Shennong was taking a huge chunk out of the military budget at a time when China was struggling to become a player in the eastern Pacific.
POWERS/TACTICS
Physically, Havester is somewhat above average but his martial arts training had been top notch. As a metahuman, Havester can produce an energy field from in either hand but to disguise this power he will generally use a sword. After he was found, the Chinese government placed him into an intensive training regiment of Kung Fu. For several years now he has been training for the day he will at last meet Shennong and is supremely confident in his victory.
