| Description: | |||||
| Tall, well-formed, beautifully handsome, Uriel is the perfect image of an angel. He carries no weapon, wears no armor, preffering instead a minimum os clothing, usually nothing more than a pair of jeans. With his wild blonde hair, magnificient white wings, and and chiseled good looks, he has more than a few of the newly born Fire Oak elf girls very interested. | |||||
| BACKGROUND | |||||
|
“Why are you here?” The two, one with white wings, the other with black, faced off on the roof of a circular tower built of thick, heavy blocks of granite. Around them an unearthly valley filled with gigantic redwoods and a dozen thundering waterfalls seemed to pause for breath. Below, a young man pushed his glasses up his nose and dropped the book he was scanning to the carpeted floor of the library. It was only excellent timing on the part of the building’s computer sensors that prevented the room’s French doors from exploding at the bookish read bolted through them. Once on the lawn, he faced the tower only a few dozen yards away and vanished. “If you have come for her, you are going to have to take her over my dead body!” He proclaimed as he appeared beside the girl with the black wings. Immediately stepped up to the man with the white wings, threat emanating from every pore. They were of a size but the newcomer’s sudden appearance and obvious animosity caused the man to step back. The girl touched the newcomer’s arm lightly. “Wait, Kyle,” she said, her normally musical voice suddenly harsh. She directed her stare once more at the winged man. “Speak quickly for I think you have little time.” A third man appeared, this one dressed for battle, a pair of swords already to hand. The man with the white wings recoiled. Where the first was more surprise than perceived threat, this one was deadly serious. “I come for no one!” he proclaimed. “I am Uriel, archangel of God.” “You shall NOT have her,” the one addressed as Kyle grabbed this Uriel by the throat and lifted him with ease from his feet. Again the girl’s on the young man’s arm. “If you come for no one, why are you here?” she asked, her voice nearly back to normal. “And how did you get her?” the man with the swords demanded. Uriel tried to ignore the dual threats coming from the men and addressed the girl. “I have been sent … to learn.” “Learn what?” the girl said. “I do not know.” “We shall have the truth,” the girl said. Uriel stood in the top of the mullioned wall, staring out into the forest as the three stepped to the far side of the tower. “He is telling the truth as he knows it,” the girl said. “Did he know how he got into the valley?” The girl shook her head. “No idea.” “Eve, is he really an archangel?” Kyle was worried. He had know from the moment he meet the Fallen Everith that this day might come and he was prepared to battle the Archangel Gabriel himself to protect the woman he loved. “He has powers, some not unlike my own, other than the wings,” she said. “But if he is Uriel it is possible he is capable of hiding the fact from me.” “Could he hide it from me?” Kyle glared at the ‘archangel’s’ back. Everith touched his cheek drawing his attention back to her. “We are of equal power, Kyle, you could get no more than I.” “The class is off on Ea, pehaps I should take him there as well. Sometimes observation is all that is necessary,” Archer said. “What do you know of God?” Everith asked. “God, as in a Christian God, maybe not much, but I do have some little experience with others of the type. One in partcular that was here before all others.” “I would travel with you to this Ea,” Uriel said, interrupting. “It is a place to learn.” |

| POWERS/TACTICS | |||||
| Uriel's combat abilities are minimal with but a single ranged power and zero combat training that might make use of his enhanced strenght. This does not bother him, though as he feels his true purpose is to heal which he will do for the smallest of injuries. Since he is winged he can of course fly and by using his flight in combination with gliding, can stay aloft for hours, perhaps days. His skill set is minimal but since he is immortal, he has a great deal of time to learn. | |||||
| PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION | |||||
| Is Uriel who he claims to be? Not even he knows, but he feels it is right. Perhaps this is a Mission from God. If it is, then it is best to see it through. Meanwhile, Uriel is a blank page absorbing everything. He is as a child new to the world. | |||||
