You will never understand,

But I can’t go through all this again.

I still love you and miss you too

I know I am the one that was untrue.

You hurt me so deep inside,

I crumbled, with no one which to confide.

I just wanted to lay down and die,

Fear consumed me as I cried.

The pain grew when to you, I lied

It took from me, the last of my pride.

I can’t expect you to understand,

That I took someone else’s hand.

He swears to me, I am safe with him,

Even with my past sin.

The love for you is still strong,

I sit now crying feeling wrong.

Your smile still haunts every fiber of  me,
