Description:
If it weren't for the constant scowl, Miller might be fairly attractive. He is of average height with a muscular physique that show a strong dedication to fitness. His light brown hair is always trimmed and, of late, he has been testing out a goatee.
BACKGROUND
Appointed as the head of the Minuteman Project by FBI Director Robert S. Mueller on October 26, 2001 after as little-regarded rider to the USA Patriot Act established the Minuteman Program. Miller proved to be an energetic head and by the following Monday, plans were already underway to establish what became the Point Loma School, the cover story for the training of metahumans.
POWERS/TACTICS
Trickery, blackmail, threats, anything to get a metahuman to sign up. Powers though? None. He is, however, extremely fit and keeps up a daily regimen of training.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Miller is an obnoxous to just about every metahuman on in the Project, once he has them signed on the dotted line. He honestly wants to do his job and is something beyond competent, the problem is ... he is jealous of metahumans and it colors his interactions with them on nearly every front.
