Description:
Jack is a very good looking young man with white hair and ice blue eyes. He is tall and tends towaards the skinny side... not Q skinny but working on it. If touched, it is easy to discern that his body temperature is somewhere below corpse making contact with him a little off-putting.
BACKGROUND
POWERS/TACTICS
Ice, in it's many forms. He has very little combat experience just as Snowy and Ben, and can stick his foot in his mouth in a micro second as was demonstrated in Old Town. His control, however is admirable as he did not break his SID.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Jack is over-protective of Snowy and she can lead him around by the nose. Rarely does he do anything that doesn't directly or indirectly benefit her in some way. In the rare case of being away from Snowy, he can actually relax but then he is pretty much at a loss when it comes to small talk. One thing that has his teammates' head's swiveling is Jack's tendency to create ice roses out of the air in an attempt to gain acceptence. Such a display of powers is worrying to many of the Team but that has yet to curb his insistance.
CAMPAIGN USE
The original player has left my orbit leaving these three as part of this team and with almost nothing written down concerning them. I have been forced to make a judgement call on their psyches and personalities from game play. They are only include because I very rarely retcon anything that has been played out. How and why they decided to leave is not important, merely the fact that they have is all that is germain.
DESIGN NOTES
This Side Effect drops the ambiant temperture by three levels (about 30 degrees f), and creates an icy patch within 2 meters when the triggering powers are used. Anyone trying to move across or stand on in this area must make a DEX-roll to remain upright. This is an automatic Side Effect that occurs when he uses an appropriate power.
