Description:
David's best guestimate is that he's somewhere from the Mediteranian or from parents from Southeastern Europe. His mostly light-olive skin tone, which easily tans with no ill effect give him the appearance of a Euro-tourist, traveling in the US. On occassion, David slips into a European/Greek accent.

Because of his twin looks, while they were together, David has kept the same unruly style, and semi-long dark locks. Taking the advice of his combat trainor, David prefers to wear black in order to dampen his "happy" personality and heighten his mystique with mostly females. Unfortunately, as soon as he opens his mouth...the cool factor is gone. During normal or civilian time, David does wear a comfortable, foot-hugging, trail shoe with no laces. So as to be easily removable and storable.

To an observer, David is actually pretty short for his muscular physique. Many, have mistakenly thought of him at first, as a professional athlete.
BACKGROUND
Until about two and a half years ago, David was a blank slate who couldn't remember who and where he was. If it wasn't for the person standing over him, someone who he later found out was a near identical look-a-like to him (maybe even a twin), David life could have been a lot worse. Still, waking up in a cell with his "twin" and being told their father had arranged this stay at the "Hotel Che' Jigsaw", made his life more than interesting. His twin and his only real friend for the next two years, Davi was his only real connection to his past. Especially, since David couldn't remember a lick of.

Somewhere within that island prison in the mediterranean, David and Davi overcame together, mental and physical torture for nearly two years. They were both placed in "fight or die" situations, with other unknown prisoners, and sometimes with another meta-human. Davi made short work of all those he was tasked to eliminate of course. In cruel moments, Davi victimized his opponents using the full extent of his chemical controling powers. Hopelessly watching from another room, the examples of his brothers power, along with the physical abuse and combat training, David learned how to use his abilities quickly.

But unlike his brother, David refused to kill, maim or murder any of the subjects his captors wished for him to eliminate. Instead, David would either knock his opponents out using as little force, or with a chemically-induced attack. He would almost immediately heal them back to health, to his captors surprise. While this infuriated some of his captors, Davi always managed to make up with his blood lust and carnage. In most cases, leaving very little to heal back for David's healing abilities.

He and his brother, parted ways after a UN-backed, tactically reinforced, meta-human strike force attack at the compound they both were imprisoned.

Using the cover and distraction this attack caused, both brothers made their escape. Unfortunately, they disagreed with the method. Davi, attempted to slay anyone and everyone that got in their way. David, immediately tried to physically stop his twin brother, but in doing so became the target of his enraged twins' agression. Try as he might, Davi was unable to sway his more passive brother to help him in "razing the entire compound and anyone in it to the ground". Realizing his futility, he decided to physically overpower his brother. But not kill him. So he broke David's neck. Leaving him where he fell and escaping to parts unknown.

The remaining benefactors, especially those that David saved using his powers, reported to their superiors all attempts David made to heal and stop his "doppelganger" during the attack and commotion. Because David did actually prevent the death of several of the UN-backed soldiers, by interposing himself between the mad, Davi's and his victims; the leader of the mission, REDACTED chose to take David's "presumably" dead body back to the states. Clearly thinking him dead at first, they soon learned after seeing the body bag attempt to unzip itself, he in fact wasn't dead.

After watching David imperceptably heal before their eyes, they immediately placed him in restraints (for his own safety of course...not because of Zombies), he was quickly remanded/volunteered to join the "Minutemen" Project leader back at *REDACTED* headquarters. He was soon offered a chance to be and join the "American Force for the Greater Good".

David, completely healed..immediately said "Yeah! Why not!".
POWERS/TACTICS
Because of the way his real powers work, David does not wear gloves or shoes during missions. While he may start with field or tactical gloves, they are usually of the finger-less variety. He goes barefoot to be able to using his "clinging" ability to full use.

Incredibly fast, David is quick to boost his strength with an Adrenalin Spike, to get to the action as quickly as he can. He normally starts with a prodigious leap to his destination, whether on a horizontal or a vertical surface. Followed by a fast run, to interpose himself between a friend or victim.

Once he is in a close combat situation, David tactically will allow his opponent first strike. He therefore, will then Abort to a Martial Dodge or a Martial Block during his first encounter with an opponent. Immediately followed by a Counter Strike. If his opponent is a normal, he will not use any enhanced strength for his follow-up attacks. If his opponent is enhanced or physically capable of taking a hit after observing them for a few seconds, he will attempt to stop his opponent as quickly as he can using the quickest method he can think of.

David reserves the use of his "touch attacks" only when he feels they are absolutely needed, called for or commanded to use them by his superiors. Only reserving his "Cyanide Touch", for someone that he's witnessed "crossed the line" in his opinion, and/or is about to kill an innocent without remorse.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
As a nice guy, David is a pretty easy-going, and is constantly in an unbearably, happy mood.

Quick to jump at a chance to do anyone a favor, he comes off as pretty gullible. David is completely aware of his "happy" personality, and understands how this could wear on quite a few folks the wrong way. A quick learner, David was taught by his combat trainor, that saying less is more, especially in combat (just ask that Spider Kid).

David will always attempt to stiffle a chuckle when he hears something funny, but usually fails. On occasion, he might even remember to stop himself from being the first to raise his enthusiastic, waiving hand, whenever asked for volunteers.

His likes are Saturday Morning Cartoons, Sci-Fi and Fantasy movies/shows. But his favorite movie, is "Hacksaw Ridge". Something about this movie, almost brings back some long forgotten, suppressed memory. Seening the main character willingly and without thinking, save lives...makes him feel "good".
His dislikes are cruelty, murder and wanton violence. Animal and human cruelty are some examples when "the gloves come off" for David, and a sure signal (by the smell of Almonds or Cinnammon) that David is ready to use his more deadly or dangerous, touch attacks.

Depending on the stress he is under, David is known to produce uncontrollably certain smells, as previously mentioned. One particular smell, like the scent of Almonds and Cinnammon, is Vanilla. This smell typically happens, whenever anyone of the female persuasion pays any real attention or compliments him. Which in turn, subconsciously, makes him more "attractive" to the opposite sex. While this is unproven scientifically, observers (typically his drinking buddies) find David, surrounded by young females asking him what he's wearing. David's usual innocent but uncomfortable response is, "Nothing...really."

His main motivation in life is to "Save as many lives, as he can before he dies" and to be a great example of a "Good Person" to some kid or his kids someday.
