Description:
Paige is a 15 and filling out. She has grown several inches and gained a little weight but nothing unexpected to a girl in her mid-teens. She sandy blonde hair has gone silver and gray eyes have become pale blue that change to electic blue when in Arc form.
BACKGROUND
Paige is still a minor and so does not get involved with any Minuteman missions.
POWERS/TACTICS
Paige is able to alter her body into a form of coherant electricity that makes her nearly immune to all forms of attack. Being in this state and getting hit by a type of attack that uses water, however, is her one vulnerability. If struck be something like a water cannon could potentually be lethal as she does not have any defenses against physical attacks beyond a normal body's resistance.
When she assumes her Electric Body form she gains a number of powers, including a constant damage shield that makes it painful and possibly deadly to anyone coming in contact with her. Her brother appears to be immune to this effect. She is capable of generating an arc of electrical force while desolid that will still affect those in the material world. While it is not immediately deadly to an average person, repeated use on the same target could kill.
As for tactics, Paige has none. She will become terrified in a combat situation and most likely use her teleport to escape the area as quickly as possible. Being very young means that her fight/flight response is heavily gear toword flight and little save, possibly, critical danger to her brother or mother might induce her to stand and fight.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Paige is a fifteen year old girl with a serious case of hero-worship. For as long as she can remember, her older brother, Josh, has been beside her to protect her, play with her, and explain the way the world works. Then he told her that he had super powers, an for the first time in her life she was jealous of her brother. She never dreamed when she said 'I wanna be a meta-human too' that it would happen in only six months. So now it is just a matter of discovering what she can do, but one thing scares her, the idea of actually using her powers against someone else.
CAMPAIGN USE
Sometimes even kids can develop meta-human powers. Seems that it is inherited.
