BACKGROUND
POWERS/TACTICS
Victory is one of the stronger metahumans in the world, on par with others such as Ranger of the Minuteman Red team. She uses a short lance and shield, the lance giving her two attack options, and the shield for defense but it can be used as a shield bash. She has developed her own style of combat utilizing both that includes a number of maneuvers she can use at a run or leap. With her weapons, she is quite formitable and can hit as hard as the likes of Goliath from the Minuteman White team. Without them she is still a force to be reckoned with.
One thing about Victory, she's flashy, not on purpose, but every time she hits something there is a flash of light and a loud clang as if steel is striking steel. This makes it difficult to hide a battle and the local news outlets have a call in line for people to report any action allowing them to at least try to reach the scene before it is all over.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Must be something in the waters of Texas to breed highly patriotic people. In Vik's case she doesn't quite go the whole 'merica thing but she's proud to be an American. She believes in the ol' Truth, Justice and the American way up to the point of actually joining the US military or the Minutemen. She is content to keep close to home and protect the good people of Texas and the open prairie. She is currently debating at least joining the Texas Rangers but hasn't taken the leap.
