Alternate Identities: Matteo Loreto Gabrielli
Player Name: NPC
APPEARANCE
Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color: Brown
Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 120 lbs
Description:
Matteo is a small young man with nondescript brown hair and brown eyes, If he is really serious about causing anarchy, he will don a disguise of face paint, a trenchcoat and temperary hair dye. He is impossible to pick out from the hundreds of scooters on the street and only a professional pickpocket would notice him at work.
BACKGROUND
Matteo is a Roman street kid who started as a normal pickpocket working the tourist crowds for one of the city's street gangs. He had always been agile and a quick dip easily making his daily quota and for the most part, keeping beneath the notice of the Carabinieri. At the onset of puberty, a little later for him due to his poor diet, he discovered that he could move things just be thinking about it. He was scared at first and confided in two of his closest friends, both his age, a boy called Enxo and a girl called Paolina. They had found each other early, when all three had been about eight years old. For the next six years they had been inseperable. they joined the gang together, worked the streets together, shared food together and slept together. Enzo was the lookout, Paolina, the distraction and Matteo the dip. Everything was moving along nicely and Matteo's sudden new abilities increased their success rate ten fold. Everything probably would have continued along for another decadeor so but for the police raid on the gang's hideout.
Who fired the first shot was up for debate in the Italian courts for years, not that it mattered. The resulting chaos of automatic fire ended with five of the gang dead, including Paolina and Enzo. Carabinieri sustained ten dead and seven seriously injured ... but that was after all the gunfire had gone silent. The wounds ranged from death by asphixiation, to blunt trama to the head, to a crushed rib cage, to dozens of what were classifed as shrapnel wounds. It was anarchy and Anarchy is the title he claimed.
In the weeks after that event, the Italian police have lost over a dozen officers to various 'accidents' with none aware of the truth.
POWERS/TACTICS
Anarchy is a very talented telekinetic who is constantly adding to his repertoire. He can deal cards, scoop up many liters of water or sand, or crush a target's ribcage. He can create a whirlwind of debris that covers a fairly large area or grab an object and hurl it at a target ... some of those objects are of the pointy variety. He has learned to use his telekinesis in such a manner so as to make it invisible to all known methods of perception. If he finds himself in serious trouble, he will resort to picking everything that is not tied down within a radious of 4 kilometers and stirring things up. That includes, people and everything else under about 500 kg., motorcycle, scooters, small Italian cars, etc. Picking up that much stuff and dropping it from, say two meters, causes the desired chaos that allows him to disappear.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Matteo blames the lost of his friends on the Italian police and government. These are his main targets but it doesn't really matter if a few tourists happen to get hurt, afterall, reports of a terrorist stalking innocent Americans really cuts down on the Italian tourist trade.
