Description:
Mchumba is not unattractive but she actually plays on this with her Disguise skills so as to avoid attracting attention or even notice. As Éviter she wears her hair free but as Mchumba she will keep it under a sharf or hat. She is maybe a touch taller than Congolese women and has only recently, since landing a steady job, begun to put on a few pounds. It is not noticeable by any means but she recognizes it and feels a little guilty at her 'gluttony'. Read that as having been 'food insecure' most of her life and now can afford to eat on a more regular basis.
BACKGROUND
Born Jan 17, 1990. Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. She began life as a second generation Shegués, one of the street children of Kinshasa. She has been lucky enough to survive and find a menial job as a bookkeeper for a major shipping company. This is partcularly advantageous as she has become just one of dozens of girls working in a waterfront building. She is careful to draw no attention, by dress or attitude, in order to protect herself from notice of the higher ups or the police/military.
POWERS/TACTICS
Physically, she is not all that remarkable. She's a bit more dexterous and a bit faster then most people is all. Her real metahuman powers involve the molecular alterations of her body. At all times she is very difficult to physically injure, even a bit moreso with the leather clothing. Her normal method of attack is to watch her target through the walls then step into the room and make her attack. It she is not initially successful, i.e. she doesn't kill or stun the target, she will retreat back through the wall and either retreat if there is possible pursuit or attack a second time.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
She is by no means a kind and gentle young woman, in fact she's pretty hard-hearted to anyone not Shegués. This is why she can casually murder anyone she feels has victimized one of her people. Doesn't matter if its police, corporate or criminal.
CAMPAIGN USE
Éviter is a vigilante.
