Description:

Aldo is a short, stocky man of German descent well into middle age. He is broad in the shoulders and thick though the middle with short legs and a long waist. His curly greying black hair he keeps about two inches long and he is very proud of his luxuriant moustache and beard. Give him a red and white stripped shirt and a boater's hat, he would look at home of a Venician gondola. What he is, however, is a baker. As the Bronx Bomber, he dresses in jeans, a Yankee blue teeshirt and a Yankee pin stripped jersey. To add to the facade he carried a 34 inch baseball bat and sports a Yankees ball cap.

He owned a small bakery in the Bronx until is was shot up in a turf war between to mob gangs. Since then he has been working at another bakery while moonlighting as a cabbie. He is now in his mid-fifties.

It has gotten more difficult now for Aldo to act as the Bomber as his physical appearance is fairly unique. If he MUST go out and do something, he works only at night and at taken to wearing a Yankee's bandana as a mask. There is little he can do to hide his build, however, and this makes him extra cautious.

The Bronx Bomber is strong enough to lift a medium sized truck or a full size automobile. He might even be able to toss, a short distance, a small car. He is tough in a fist fight, having better than normal physical defenses and is nearly bullet proof, providing the bullet is from a hand gun and not a hi-powered rifle. He is hard to knock out and if he goes down he recovers fairly quickly. In future terms he would be classified as a semi-brick. He can leap to the top of a two story building and survive a drop of about five stories with little trouble. He has trained as a boxer but will never spar with another boxer for fear of injuring someone. There is no problem with uncorking against some mob mook, however. He has broken opponent's bones a few times, noses, teeth, ribs, an arm or two, but nothing life threatening.
