Notes: With this power the user is able to Transfer a small amount of blood from everyone within her Area of Effect. As the maximum transfer is a total of 55 points, when she reaches that level the power stops functioning. The more targets in her AOE, the quicker she will reach this point. This is generally not deadly, merely uncomfortable and disconcerting to the targets. If there are fewer targets in her AOE, the damage to a target is increased as the power will continue until the maximum is reached. It is quite possible for her to 'transfer' so much blood that the target would die, this is almost always the result if only one target is available. With only two targets it can be quite debilitating though probably not deadly. If there are 14 or more targets within her radius it will only take a phase to power up fully. The first 5 points go to Extra Limbs, everything after that is divided equally between STR and HKA. This power is visible as all targets in the AOE will begin to bleed from the eyes, nose and ears. The lost blood flows rapidly to the Blood Witch and is quite obvious.

Lana is a small young woman, fine boned and slender. Her eyes are naturally brown but turn to amber as the Blood Witch and her auburn hair takes on the color of blood.
BACKGROUND
Born: Nov 5, 1986, in Zagreb, Croatia
Became an orphan during the Bosnian/Croatian war in the early 1990's. Raised by in Catholic orphanage until she aged out in 2004. Currently she is working at the same Orphanage taking care of the children and contempating becoming a nun. She knows that that will have to wait until she has visited vengeance upon the Bosnians for not only killing her parents but for the deaths of all Croats.
POWERS/TACTICS
As Blood Witch, Lana will cross the Bosnian border usually, but not always, by doing a Blood Pull on the border guards. This alerts the Bosnian military that she is in the country. Security is increased and patrols expanded. Even with this extra precautions, the Blood Witch always seems to find a way into an area with a lot of soldiers. Once she has enough targets in range, she will do a Blood Pull and start the killing. She rarely leaves anyone alive and has wiped out several Bosnian companies of soldiers. She has been shot a number of times but her Regeneration takes care of it within a few minutes. She does have sense enough not to attack troops with heavy weapons and if she spots a machinegun, she will break off her attack and get as far away as possible before her Blood Pull is exhausted.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
She is having something of a crisis of faith as he powers are pretty 'evil' in the eyes of the Church. She does not believe this but sees them as a gift from God, making her an avenger for her people. When not hunting Bosnian soldiers, Lana spends her time caring for the orphan children of Zagreb. Generally this is scut work, such as laundry and scullery duty but she never complains. She is an adept seamtress. Everyone who knows her finds her a gentle and soft-spoken young woman always willing to do whatever she is asked. She works for room and board only, with the occasional gift from the church to cloth her.
