110 Blood Pull: Transfer 1d6+1 (standard effect: 4 points) (BODY to Extra Limbs/STR/HKA), Can Transfer Maximum Of 55 Points, Delayed Return Rate (Points Gained) points return at the rate of 5 per Minute (+1/4), Delayed Return Rate (Points Lost) (points return at the rate of 5 per Minute; +1/4), Costs END Only To Activate (+1/4), Area Of Effect (12" Radius; +1), Continuous (+1); Visible (-1/4), Only Works Vs. Humans (-1/4)
Notes: With this power the user is able to Transfer a small amount of blood from everyone within her Area of Effect. As the maximum transfer is a total of 55 points, when she reaches that level the power stops functioning. The more targets in her AOE, the quicker she will reach this point. This is generally not deadly, merely uncomfortable and disconcerting to the targets. If there are fewer targets in her AOE, the damage to a target is increased as the power will continue until the maximum is reached. It is quite possible for her to 'transfer' so much blood that the target would die, this is almost always the result if only one target is available. With only two targets it can be quite debilitating though probably not deadly. If there are 14 or more targets within her radius it will only take a phase to power up fully. The first 5 points go to Extra Limbs, everything after that is divided equally between STR and HKA. This power is visible as all targets in the AOE will begin to bleed from the eyes, nose and ears. The lost blood flows rapidly to the Blood Witch and is quite obvious.
30 Blood Acceleration: Energy Damage Reduction, Resistant, 50%
Notes: This is an extension of her Blood Regeneration that manifests as near instant healing, to a degree.
30 Blood Acceleration: Physical Damage Reduction, Resistant, 50%
Notes: This is an extension of her Blood Regeneration that manifests as near instant healing, to a degree.
11 Blood Regeneration: Healing 1d6, Can Heal Limbs, Reduced Endurance (0 END; +1/2), Persistent (+1/2); Extra Time (1 Turn (Post-Segment 12), -1 1/4), Self Only (-1/2)0
Blood Limbs, all slots Only In Alternate Identity (-1/4)
Notes: The following powers are dependent on the creation of her Blood Limbs. This is the first benefit she gains upon activating her Blood Pull. The OIAID is used as the appearance of the Blood Limbs is very obvious.
1) Blood Limbs: Extra Limbs (6)
Notes: Creates 6 Limbs made of blood drawn via Blood Pull. The first five points Pulled always create the Limbs first. Though she has 6 limbs, at this time she can only use the Blood Claws on one target at a time.
2) +25 STR; No Figured Characteristics (-1/2)
Notes: This STR is only added once Blood Witch begins to use Blood Pull. It begins after the Blood Limbs form and increases at the same rate as Blood Claws (50/50 split of Transferred BODY points.
3) Blood Claws: Killing Attack - Hand-To-Hand 1d6+1 (2 1/2d6 w/STR)
Notes: Increases 1 DC per 5 points Tranferred. The DC increases only once a full 5 points have been accumulated. Maximum is 3d6 HKA(6d6 HKA with STR at max.)
4) Blood Reach: Stretching 4"; Linked (Blood Limbs; -1/4)
Notes: Only effects Blood Limbs
5) Blood Limbs: Running +10" (6"/16" total); Linked (Blood Limbs; -1/4)
Notes: Once her Blood Limbs have formed, her running increases.
2 Meta-Human Lifespan: Life Support (Longevity: 400 Years)0
3 Level I: Armor (3 PD/3 ED); OIF (-1/2), Activation Roll 14- (-1/2), Half Mass (3.0; -1/2), Real Armor (-1/4)
Notes: This is pieced-together body armor taken from the soldiers she has killed. She has bleached it white and added the belts.

Character Name: Blood Witch
Alternate Identities: Lana Durda Adamic
Player Name: NPC
Hair Color: Auburn/Blood Red
Eye Color: Brown/Amber
Height: 5' 0"
Weight: 111 lbs
Lana is a small young woman, fine boned and slender. Her eyes are naturally brown but turn to amber as the Blood Witch and her auburn hair takes on the color of blood.
Born: Nov 5, 1986, in Zagreb, Croatia
Became an orphan during the Bosnian/Croatian war in the early 1990's. Raised by in Catholic orphanage until she aged out in 2004. Currently she is working at the same Orphanage taking care of the children and contempating becoming a nun. She knows that that will have to wait until she has visited vengeance upon the Bosnians for not only killing her parents but for the deaths of all Croats.
As Blood Witch, Lana will cross the Bosnian border usually, but not always, by doing a Blood Pull on the border guards. This alerts the Bosnian military that she is in the country. Security is increased and patrols expanded. Even with this extra precautions, the Blood Witch always seems to find a way into an area with a lot of soldiers. Once she has enough targets in range, she will do a Blood Pull and start the killing. She rarely leaves anyone alive and has wiped out several Bosnian companies of soldiers. She has been shot a number of times but her Regeneration takes care of it within a few minutes. She does have sense enough not to attack troops with heavy weapons and if she spots a machinegun, she will break off her attack and get as far away as possible before her Blood Pull is exhausted.
She is having something of a crisis of faith as he powers are pretty 'evil' in the eyes of the Church. She does not believe this but sees them as a gift from God, making her an avenger for her people. When not hunting Bosnian soldiers, Lana spends her time caring for the orphan children of Zagreb. Generally this is scut work, such as laundry and scullery duty but she never complains. She is an adept seamtress. Everyone who knows her finds her a gentle and soft-spoken young woman always willing to do whatever she is asked. She works for room and board only, with the occasional gift from the church to cloth her.
