Frank is a fairly attractive man in his mid-40's who has kept in shape riding with Becca and eating healthy. He keeps his sandy brown hair short but not army short and has brown eyes like his daughter.
BACKGROUND
Born Jul 24 1965, Chicago, IL. Joined US Army, 1984. Met and married 1989. Daughter born Jul 4, 1990. Left the US Army 1992. Took a job as a Security Guard in 1992. Wife dies of cancer 2003. Daughter found to be a metahuman Feb 18, 2005. Moves with Becca to San Diego Feb 20, 2005.
Frank served eigtht years in the US Army and is a Gulf War vet who commanded a tank platoon that was involved in a number of actions against Iraqi armored forces.

PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Since moving to San Diego Frank has been at a loss for what to do. His daughter's stipend and the free house make it unecessasy to work and the very thought of his going back into security scare's Becca to tears. For now he has been making himself useful in the enclave doing yard work and handyman jobs for the families. One thing has caught his eye, Keelie Temple.
