BACKGROUND
Born 2/20/70: Kriss is a 5th Gen metahuman born in Riga, Latvia prior to the collapse of the Soviet Union. The manifastation of his powers did not become evident immediately but gradually began to affect those around him. Already gifted with good looks and a certain roguish charm his natural ability to get just about anyone to trust him came in handy in his late teens. Roma by birth and quite used to the on-the-road life style he decided to escape the oppression of the Soviet Union just before the fall of communism. It was a simple matter to persuade the owner of a small fishing boat to make the journey from Riga to Kiel and the freedom of West Germany.
POWERS/TACTICS
The 'Trust Me' ability is inherent and cannot be dispelled. It is as natural to him as breathing and as such he has no control over it, nor can he 'turn it off'. It is an Area of Effect centered on him that is constant, persistant, fully invisible, costs no END, and is always on.
