Kyoko practices Kawaii (cute), but really doesn't need too, she IS beautiful by any standard. She dresses as one would expect for a modern teen, but in costume goes for a more traditional look. Her black hair is extremely long, touching the backs of her thighs, an usually worn loose. For combat she does bind it into a long ponytail.
BACKGROUND
Born Aug 25, 1992, Tokyo, Japan
Kyoko is Japan's first ever superhero pop idol and is one of the youngest active metahumans in the world with Ireland's Banshee being the youngest. Though she has only realized her metahumaness a short time ago, she has been practicing martial arts for most of her life. She has quickly adapted her martial arts to a more fluid form allowing her to incorporate her teleportion into her attacks.
POWERS/TACTICS
Kyoko uses her teleportation powers to attack from unexpected directions and has become amazingly accurate with making multiple attacks while doing so. She is protected by 'field' that appears to 'teleport' some or all of an attack into nothingness. Physics can't explain it, but the government is trying to do so.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
She has a little Tsundere thing going on, especially when it comes to Ichiro Ueno aka Kaiju. She enjoys being an Idol and loves to show off but she's never been in a real fight. It is only a matter of time.

DESIGN NOTES
I designed Blip for a player in the Woodward Cruise campaign but she was only used a few times. As I liked the concept, from rewatching Nightcrawler in action in X-Men 2, I decided to move her over to the Legacy world. I toned her teleport powers down quite a bit.
