Slater's changed very little, in fact the only noticable change is his wedding ring ... much to the disappointment of any number of female campaign staff.
BACKGROUND
Slater is 21 and in his third year at San Diego State
POWERS/TACTICS
Over the last few years, at Nat's insistance, Slater has been training in situations that are somewhat less than quiet. Crowd noise, gunshots and blaring music have been used to distract Psiblade in training and slowly he has begun to adapt. The adverse effect of chaos on his powers in combat have not been eliminated but he has show a marked improvement.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Slater is the most 'family-oriented' member of the Minutemen, ALL the Minutemen. He is big brother to all, well, maybe not Mark, but he is the one Mark will talk to on the White Team before anyone else, including Nat. The whole football quarterback and captain thing gives the two of them more in common and Slater truly love talking football with Mark. In fact, football parties at Alicia's and Slater's home is the only time Mark and Cari socialize with the Legacy Team. Usually, while the men watch the game, Alicia and Kari will go riding until halftime and snacks, then finish watching the game with the guys.
