Player Name: Phil
Hair Color: Dark Brown
Eye Color: Mahogany
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 194 lbs
Sean is a handsome man with dark brown hair and mahogany colored eyes. He is well muscled, without the look of a hard training bodybuilder, and as graceful as a dancer. He trains in his basement several hours a day to keep fit.
Born William Sean Thornton, in a small town in California, Sean got his start in films as a stuntman. Discovered by a director of a TV show he was working on, Sean moved north to British Colombia and took on the starring role in an adventure show set in the 1930's. Now in it's third year, the show brought with it a starring role in an action movie with glamour queen Ronnie King. One would have thought all was going Sean's way and it was . . . until a night just over two years ago when his beautiful young wife was murdered. Professionally, Sean was a fast rising star, personally, he was very lost and very alone.
The fog rolled in, muffling the sounds along the bridge. He stood, looking down, contemplating his life and the black water below that had claimed his wife. It was too much, all of it. How easy it would be to climb over the rail and join her. A soft sob broke him out of his dispair. Just out of sight a girl was weeping quietly and the sound tugged at his heart. Moving carefully he approached, her form taking shape out of the gloom. It was impossible to tell what she looked like, her clothes were so baggy as to blur the lines of her body, but Sean thought she sounded young, too young to be weeping like this. He spoke to her, making her jump but she settle into a tense but shy silence. With soft words he talked, telling her of his loss and with a willing ear he learned of the death of her mother on this same bridge. They had something in common.
At first she did not want to join him but his quiet ways convinced her at last and they found a coffee shop and sat talking. To Sean she was the most lovely woman he had ever met, perhaps even more beautiful then his wife, and he was right, she was young, ten years his junior at least. She blushed so easily, he thought, and felt himself falling into her eyes at every glance. As their evening ended, he invited her to dinner the next night. Reluctantly she accepted and in doing so, changed both of their lives.
Her name was Gabrielle and she told him she lived at the 'Y". She was newly returned to Seattle after some years away and as yet had no job. Sean was a wise man with his money and had invested in a Brownstone when his fortunes had changed. The loss of his wife gave him far too much room and he had, logically, divided the house into four roomy apartments. One of his tenants, a U Dub student, was graduating, leaving the apartment empty. Without thinking about it, he offered it to Gabrielle. She accepted and moved a few days later. He was not worried about the rent, but she was, as she informed him that she had taken a job as a security guard and would be working night.
It was what she didn't tell him that was the thing . . .
Physically, Sean is an imposing man, powerful and agile for a normal, with years of experence in stuntwork. Not one to let his skills be all show, Sean has become a more then competent fighter that utilizes movie barroom brawling with reality. He particularly enjoys a good 'hoist and heave' onto a table or a nicely done 'bar slide' into a stack of glasses.
Sean's an easy, laid back, outgoing man, or he was until the death of his wife. Now, it has returned. Once more he enjoys life, the acting, the stunts, the motorcycle rides . . . and most of all, Gabrielle. She makes him crazy sometimes and has discovered new depths of excitement when she is with him
Sean is the love interest of Death Maiden of the Seattle Hunt. While he is on the edge of superhuman, he still is a normal and very fragile in her world.
