3 Detect Electrical Fields 13- (Sight Group) Added this. As I see it, this detect will allow you to 'detect' the faint electrical fields generated by living creatures. There cannot be any material between the viewer and the target that could be considered 'insulating' i.e. a wet suit, glass, most metals etc. As electrical fields will show up even through excellent insulation i.e. high-voltage wiring this is more the effect of inductance rather than leaking electrons. Anything exceeding normal house current (120 vac at a crap load of amps) will be visible through the outer coverings of a building but any electrical fields inside the buildings will not be perceivable. Yes, you can tell is power is out in any building, no you can't tell if power is out inside the clean room of a lab. If you find yourself in a darkened room, even inside a cave, you can detect the electrical field of a creature. You can only tell the basic shape of whatever it is, it is large animal size, it is human size, etc. In a room full of people you cannot differentiate between them ... yet, can be added over time.
