Front line fighter. Who doesn't like hurting people would rather try to heal. Also has some connections to the University Medical center through her secret ID. Is known by the Federal Bureau of Enhanced Enforcement who allow her to act independently. So Far? Perhaps watching her as she was created by a once in a lifetime chemical accedent.

A multiple train accedent outside of Capitol City caused a strange and mysterious fog / gas cloud. The trainwreck killed all aboard! Dr. Olga Knox was nearby and went to help the passengers. But it wasn't a passenger train and was transporting strange chemical compounds. Which somehow made Dr. Olga Knox super strong and tough. She takes double damage from gas attacks. This gas cloud also created another super. Who also was nearby? She has no idea of how or what happened and the trainwreck was memory holed by "the authorites" She has been contacted by the FBEE field agent and told not to talk about it but allowed to use her powers and keep her day job at the University Medical Center.Born in Estonia. Speaks fleunt Estonian. Went to University of Helsinki. Grabbed a exchange student program to Capitol City for Medical school. Stayed on becuase it sucks so badly there.

PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
A hard worker who has watched Capitol City decay. Works in health care. Has a job with the University Medical Center is able to miss a few shifts when / if needed. FBEE helps her keep her job through backwater channels / funding.Motivation is do gooder day and night. She has the drive to help in both secret ID and in costume.
