APPEARANCE
No two trucks are the same and can be anything from a Mack to a BMW.  They could appear to be hauling tomatoes or TVs or even Goodwill donations.  They are registered in every state of the Union, most Canadian provinces and, recently, many Mexican states.  They never speed, are never over weight and always have current inspections.  Everything above board.  All nice and legal.
BACKGROUND
After repeated attacks on permanent Genocide bases, the Black King designed the Mobile Base concept and since then Genocide has been on the road.  They move the segments of the Mobile Base around on standard tractor trailer rigs with only slight modifications.
POWERS/TACTICS
It is equipped with solid tires to prevent puncture and four-point seat belts to protect the passengers from impact injury.  The windshield is the latest in light amplification providing both starlight amplification and heat detection.  This windshield also protects the passengers from intense bursts of light.  The engine is fueled with a special blend that increases the top speed of the vehicle and the brakes are extra heavy-duty to provide quicker stopping.  Each truck is equipped with a radio and GPS tracker allowing Genocide to know a vehicle's position at all times.
