BACKGROUND
On July 7, 2003, the great Battle of Death Valley was fought, leaving Genocide devastated with only a very few escaping the wrath of the Earth's combined mutant might. The Black King and half a dozen badly damaged Minuteman robots fled the carnage, escaping to the secretly acquired Russian missile submarine 'Retribution'. Without the extensive manufacturing facilities of the old Genocide, a new way to battle the evil inhuman mutants was required. Joshua Plitt, drug lord and criminal mastermind, used his growing income from his various enterprises to finance new, smaller and MOBILE Genocide building facilities. The result has been the Genocide Combat Unit and its variants. These units are piloted by a volunteer and require virtually no training to use. In fact it has come to the point where Genocide cannot manufacture new units fast enough keep up with the number of volunteers.
