APPEARANCE
For the most part this building looks like nothing more then a prefab modular home without windows.  There are two vehicle bays and two entrances, both heavily monitored by a commercial security system.  Every effort has been made to minimize any unusual or memorable features.
BACKGROUND
Designed at the command of the Black King, these mobile bases are the latest in transportability, requiring only six tractor trailer rigs to move.  It can be set up within six hours and is cheap enough to abandon at a moments notice.
POWERS
These bases allow for support of Genocide operations in an particular area.  They have facilities for six labs, the standard arrangement is listed above.  They are capable of providing a limited repair capability for Genocide Combat Units.  Quarters for eight technicians and a sixteen man combat team are included in the setup
