BACKGROUND
Full scholarship to UC Berkeley School of Law. First killed at age 13 when she was attacked and raped by an uncle.
POWERS/TACTICS
Tara is a Gen 1 meta-human. Tara has one power and a scare power it is. She has the ability to cause a heart attack with a touch to anyone's chest. It is not instant but usually takes only a few seconds to cause death. The scary part of her power is that it is totally undetectible as anything but natural causes. While hse is casual about killing, she will only do it under unsual situations.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Tara is an astute criminal defense lawyer who works hard to prevent justice from happening. Her main client in William Lincoln, aka Mask, a successful African-American entrepenure in LA. She does have other clients but only clients able to afford her fees. She is not always successful but her success rate is high enough to warrant those fees.
