Description:
     War Eagle is the arch-typical Romulan, complete with that Moe Howard haircut, arched eyebrows and pointed ears. Over the years he has gotten away from his old fashion quilted, shoulder padded, Romulan uniform and moved into something more stylish.
BACKGROUND
     War Eagle, he has never revealed his true name, was born on the planet Romulus in the Romulan Empire something over 60 years ago. At an early age he knew he was destined for service in the Imperial Romulan Fleet. His father's position in the government procured for his young son a berth on an Admiral's flagship as a mid-shipman and War Eagle's intelligence and talents quickly brought him promotion to Sub-Commander. Like the various governments on a small blue-green planet several thousand light years away, the Romulan High Command strove to create the ultimate super-solder and it was every soldier's duty to volunteer. Experiments by the Romulan scientists were even more of a disaster then the human ones. Of over ten thousand subject, only War Eagle was altered. It was a triumph for the Romulan High Council. Here was the perfect Romulan warrior. Stronger, faster, smarter than any Romulan before him or any that came after, War Eagle became a poster boy for recruitment. It did have its up side. Promotion. Riches. Hundreds of potential mates clambering at his door. And a mind that was so far beyond what had come before.  This is what got him into trouble. It was simple for him to see the problems in the Empire and predict its inevitable fall. He set about to change things, to improve the bureaucracy of the Empire, to ensure its healthy growth and expansion for the next ten thousand years.
     Not everyone wanted change. Some people had a lot to lose if the status quo where altered. All of those people were powerful members of the Council. It wasn't hard to find a top secret mission to send War Eagle on. A small ship was outfitted specially and War Eagle, with great fanfare, was sent off into oblivion.
     His ship began to fail several thousand light years out and only half way to his goal. At first, he made the repairs as needed but the problems only cascaded. Locating a class G2 star, he headed for the green zone and found what he was looking for, a rest stop, Earth.
POWERS/TACTICS
     He relies to heavily on the awesome power of his plasma rifle and so gets into trouble by not utilizing his full powers. His frontal attacks will take out many foes, but not always. He is vulnerable to Cold attacks, a fact Genocide is fully aware of, and so, commonly faces Cold-based attacks from that quarter.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
     Cold, calculating, logical. Also, unimaginative, hide-bound and very honorable. War Eagle is all the things Romulans are known for. He blames himself for the death of Aline Hunter, a woman he rescued from an alternate universe. Over a matter of years they traveled together while she sought the release of her people from slavery. He was deeply in love with her and she gladly came to his 'home' to become his wife. Unfortunately he had forgotten Bora and Eurostar. He hunts the European team with murder in his heart
