This facility was design by Ghost Archer as a emergency measure after the Manor was taken over by Eurostar.  Located deep under the city and carved out of bedrock, there are only two ways to enter the building, a Teleport from the Manor or Desolidification.  Again, the close mouthed Archer has maintained the secret of the exact location of the place.  Now it is rarely visited, let alone used.
